Worst of College of Wooster

Ho-Hum

Wooster is a dull town with not much going on. There is a great food scene at the downtown restaurants, but you have to have a small fortune or a nagging significant other to enjoy them. Wooster is typical of economically mixed towns that dot the rust belt. Not a lot to do or see, but friendly and full of different types of people.

Not Much

There are available off-campus housing options in Wooster, but usually only Greek life looks into that. The College does offer an Independent Senior Housing Option where you rent a house from the school.

If You Want to Bar Hop...

This isn't really the place. However that isn't to say that the party scene isn't a good one. It's just centered around house parties and hall parties in the dorms. Friday nights the local on campus bar, The Underground, is open till 2am. But if you have a car and a DD then there are three or four great places to visit in town, that's about it.
