Colorado State University Pueblo isn’t known for being particularly diverse in ethnicity, class, status, or religion. The University mainly consists of kids from the surrounding area. Not all students are from Pueblo, but the majority of students is from Colorado. The University has the cheapest tuition in Colorado, so that's probably the appeal.

Most professors are liberal and freely share their opinions with their classes. There is an equal number of Caucasians and African Americans that attend Pueblo. Also, the University has a great exchange student program, so there are several students that come to Pueblo from overseas (mostly Europe). At Pueblo, everyone is welcome, no matter the differences, and students and faculty are accepting of each others' backgrounds and what makes the Pueblo student body unique.
