You Get What You Came for

Columbia is intense, though diverse. We all came here for a good education that is challenging and demanding, you defintely get that. Depending on the class, teachers grade hard or easy. Its nearly impossible to fail a core class but very easy with other classes. Your peers are who fuel the competition of grades. Everyone is out for their own.

Lots to Do

The great thing about studying and living in New York is your access to everything. There are lots of cultural attractions, great restaurants, and places to shop. If one neighborhood doesn't interest you, another definitely will.

Accepting & Diverse

Lots of different ethnicities. The most represented ethnic groups are white and Asian but these do not make up a heavy majority. Everyone seems to mix well.
