Facilties

The facilities at Concordia are way to small. The gym is smaller than my high-school. It only has the bare necessities and is the same size as the average class room.

Diversity at Concordia University - Irvine

Diversity

Pretty much the entire body of regular student are white. The athletes I would say are about 70% white and 30% different races. However I think that overall there needs to be more diversity at our school. However I feel that since it is a private christian school it is generally more appealing the the white race. I know first hand someone on the track team struggled with the lack of diversity. He felt isolated and ended up dropping out of school. So our school is definitely not a diverse school.

The Computers

The computers in the library of concordia are awful. They dont really work. When you try to log in the computer may take 15 minutes to load. When I asked a worker to help me out. Her only response was "thats why you bring your laptop."The only way I can use a computer is going to the opposite end of campus from my dorms to the computer labs. The computer lab has about 20 computers and is normally crowded. The school defiantly needs to by more computers. Another bad thing about computers at Concordia is at night the server get overloaded and the internet becomes very slow. I remember countless times trying to research something for class and it take minutes just to load a page. I feel that this can be fixed by getting a better server.
