Concordia is well known for it's caf, the food is actually good unlike many other schools. However, you'll get board with the food options over time. Always go to breakfast, they have the best breakfast selection that you will never get tired of.

The dining hall on campus is pretty good. The only reason for not being an excellent place to eat, is that the food selections become repetitive. It is easy to become sick of the food for this reason.

The places off campus are various and not far to drive to. However the dinning hall is not always good. They tend to repeat the food that they have, thus eating there can get old. A lot of the times they run out of the good food, or when there is something good to eat the lines are ridiculously long. They suck at restocking or refilling things, such as milk and cups. It's a lot of money for the meal plan and I don't think it's worth what you pay. The coffee shop on campus is nice, and has good coffee. There is also another place on campus for eating, but the hours are it's open when the dinning hall is not. In my experience it is never open when it's supposed to be and closes early. They do have good food there though.

There are three food and dining options here at CUI. There is the students union which is the cafeteria. The manager and staff do their best to service good food and offer a good experience. There is a variety of options from Mexican food to Chinese. Eagle Rock is next to the cafeteria and if offers the same food as the grill (in the cafe) and it is open late nights when the cafeteria is closed. Emendare is located on the other side of campus, they provide the Starbucks menu along with some snacks such as chips, cup a noodles, candy, energy drinks, sandwiches, and desserts.

While the caf is all you can eat, and not bad food, the hours are crappy. They are only open for a few hours at each meal, which may not be accommodating for athletes, people with jobs, or a heavy course load. However the caf is really nice for hanging out if you get the opportunity. If you happen to miss the caf, there are plenty of other places right around school including the Irvine Spectrum!
