Overall ExperienceWhat's This?

Contra Costa College has helped a lot of students become mature and responsible adults. Although a lot of students chose to go here because it seemed like the easiest, least stressful way to continue their education, this college has been a perfect place for many. Many students would choose this college all over again, if they had to go back.

Every faculty member at CCC tries to help and prepare students for their futures. Even the students here are helpful, and they like to see each other succeed. For example, classmates are always  interested in knowing how well their friends did on an exam, and they encourage better performance. They try to help, even if it's by offering to have group study sessions together.

The thing that stands out about this school is that it's pretty small, so you don't feel alienated in it. It's very easy to get to know students and make friends. It's also very easy to see your professors up close. As a result, they will always do what they can to help you leave their course knowing something. This helps students because the more they are comfortable in their school's environment, the harder they're going to try to succeed.
