Off campus housing is great in terms of availability and quality, however the prices are high for a suburban area such as Ithaca.

Well, Better Than on Campus – It's near impossible to stay on campus after sophomore year... and the freedom is nice. (though expensive.)

Variety of Choices, Some Expensive – There are many places and choices of where to live near Cornell, but a lot of collegetown is overpriced.
