They're Great because you can complete stuff at your own pace, so you can either as fast or as slow as you need.

The campus is nice, it built into the side of a hill so the architecture is something that you would never really expect to see. The school takes advantage of its location by setting up solar panels to reduce electric costs

The professors at the college i attend are very interactive with the students and are interested in helping us achieve our goals. Our wok load is average but our teachers make it easy for us to get everything turned in on time. my school also offers tutoring so we know we are capable, and have the right tools to succeed

Everyone I have met has been fairly laid back. The student body is a variety of people in their early twenties or older people coming back to school.

The Professors I have had, have been greatly involved with there Students. Signing up for classes is all done alone, but I have not had any problems with getting the classes I need. The tutoring program has been the best, I spend most of my free time in between classes there. The workload is not to much for me.

I am a Social Science Major and all of the classes are exactly what I needed for my degree. They have also been everything I have expected and more to succeed in all my college courses. All the classes I have taken are related to my major, and any elective classes I have taken have been by choice. the work load is not too much to bare by any means.

the professor here are much more involved in student activities then any other school, they help you all the way to help one succeed in the course and to understand the knowledge they are providing. they have special office hours where they give one on one attention and helps a student figure out better ways of learning and understanding. the curriculum and everything helps you figure out the stuff effectively. we have the tutoring center free for all the students which is open 5 days a week, and the tutors are very helpful, which makes it easy for a student to learn and explore better, all the programs like EOPS, bridge program or the left lane projects helps succeed new students. also these programs gives priority registration to students & books to study for a semester for free.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
my education is pretty much free for me because i am getting
BOG and financial aid, my school gives opportunists to the students like me to do work and study and also helps us with financial aid to pay all the expenses. it is sometimes a little annoying to get the financial aid when it is really close to the dead line because the office has to protect our personal info so they do not take more then 2 or 3 students at a time but they give you full attention and if one does complete the file 2 months before dead line, its pretty smooth and helpful and they help get all the money one need to pay for all the expenses.

i m a biochemistry major and my classes are pretty good so far the teachers and everybody is so helpful, and they relate all the sciences to our real life experiences so we can understand it better. it is a hard but really satisfying course and there are some internship and research facilities which helps the student explore the world better. there are several jobs on campus, such as being a tutor, helping with financial aid, being a cashier in cafeteria or preparing the media in microbiology lab. i am currently a Supplemental Instructions leader in my college. i love my college and all the opportunities it has given me.

My school has a ride program set up with the local buses. Any student with a current year student i.d. can ride the public buses for free for the entire semester, whether they are going to class or work or out with their friends.

Now that I'm past my "general ed" classes and am able to focus more on my major I love my classes. My geology professor has an amazing personality and can easily keep the class engaged and interacting. Any issues we have with understanding a concept he his quick to adapt his lecture to find another way of explaining the topic in a way we can grasp better. All of the other geology majors that i have met are amazing and are more than willing to help with any assignments someone may be struggling on.

There are many staff members that are more than willing to answer any questions you have in enrolling, transferring, the curriculum, etc. Any teacher I've voiced any concerns to have always done there best to advise me and help me reach whatever goal or overcome any obstacle I'm facing.

The computer lab was recently upgraded from the older outdated system. Newer computers were donated to the school which are available for students mon-fri. The internet access is fast and reliable. The only complaint I have about our computer lab is it is not available on the weekends.

I'm a physical therapist assistant major, and right now I'm just taking pre-reqs at Crafton Hills College. I'm not thrilled with some of the instructors based on their teaching and grading methods. Most of my experience has been what I thought it would be with the exception of one or two classes. Some of the requirements that the school I'm transferring to are a little strange to me. For example, I have to take public speaking instead of interpersonal communication, which in my opinion would be a better fit for physical therapy. The workload with this major is yet to had because I am just finishing up my pre-requisites.

like most situations the teacher really depends on your experience. Some professors I learned from none to very little from, others tons!

There are very few resources available to you at crafton. The Library is really nice but there are few places to study.

It is hard to find a major at crafton specifically for what you are looking for.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
