Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

Whether there’s something in the water, brainwashing sound bites being pumped through the heating ducts, or it’s genuine, Creighton students overwhelmingly seem to believe they are involved in a passionate love affair with their college. It’s tough to blame them, though. You not only take classes, you really grow and develop with the school. The professors, and even administrators, will guide you and offer you support at all times, encouraging you to seek them out in office hours to help you reach your potential.

In some ways, Creighton students seem to fear leaving just because the place is such a fairytale university. Students actually seem to care about one another and the world. As one student said, the Jesuit spirit of service and concern for others really seems to pass from students and teachers, who truly care about one another. Anyone who wants a school where it’s impossible to be just a number would find that Creighton is a No. 1 choice.

Finacial Aid.

From my personal experience financial aid is pretty easy to obtain. If you achieved good grades in high school Creighton realized that and most likely offered you a scholarship. There are also quite a few scholarships that they offer, aside from academic ones.

Creighton Shuttle

Transportation at Creighton is very good. There are free shuttles that take you around campus, but campus is so small so they're really unnecessary. They just started a new taxi service, which will hopefully do Creighton some good.

Life on Campus

Campus Housing is decent as Creighton. It gets better as you get farther in your schooling. The dorms are old, but the rooms are spacious enough. The amenities aren't that great, group bathrooms are no fun. Getting into the housing process is pretty easy. You just have to fill out some paperwork and you're good to go. Socializing is pretty good in the dorms, there is usually something going on.
