In reality, there are many ways to approaching college life; college is what you make of it. When you walk into BMCC for the first time, you'll probably notice the huge amount of unique people on campus. Many students come from foreign countries and have goals and aspirations that differ from yours. However, these people will be your peers. Fitting in may seem cliché when you see the diversity on campus, but everyone meshes because being different is OK. People on campus are friendly and generally interested in networking outside of their usual crowd, so making new friends isn't difficult. There are many social clubs and activities to keep you interested, and having leadership positions in these organizations is a great resumé booster. During your time at BMCC, you'll grow and learn from classmates.

Aside from the great environment, BMCC offers a lot to its students. Organized outings to Broadway shows like "The Lion King" and "Phantom of the Opera" help students expand their horizons. Tickets to the Yankee's games or New York football teams will excite sports fanatics. And for students who need to relax, the school offers a spa day to help you de-stress.
