Need help integrating the shape of an amoeba? Or are you looking for someone to see a movie with on a Friday night? Look no further than your classmates. Networks are easily built in courses and on campus, be it a study group for the final or the formation of a new bowling team.

The campus is filled with international diversity, particularly from Asiatic regions. Since De Anza is in the heart of Silicon Valley, one will also have little difficulty in finding ethnic businesses and other ethnic accommodations. Most students step onto the campus as unattached individuals, looking for company and peers; therefore, the majority of students is approachable. Students will even share their umbrellas with strangers!
