  • 1237 West is only a block from DePaul's campus and offers apartment living for all students-undergraduate and graduate. This six-floor building offers one- to four-bedroom apartments that offer private bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and coat rack. The building is decorated in a contemporary style, and offers everything from flat-screen televisions, ping-pong, and a Wii in the lobby for the residents. The door is guarded by a 24-hour security team. Guest policy is more relaxed compared to the University standards. For students looking to live comfortably in a safe environment off campus, 1237 west is a great option.
  • University Center of Chicago houses students from DePaul's Loop Campus, Colombia College, and Roosevelt University. It offers dorm-style or apartment-style living, in addition to a food court, workout room, and rooftop garden.
