Hi, I'm currently a PA student (freshman). I looked over the website for DSU and the only thing I found was that if you're looking to transfer for the fall 2013 semester, the recommended deadline was April 1. The recommended deadline for spring 2013 is November 1. However, I am wondering if transfer applications are on a 'rolling' basis since these deadlines are recommended. I would call the school, at (610) 282-1100 for a more definitive answer.
