Health & Safety at Dickinson College

Safe as Could Be

Dickinson campus is very safe. I've never felt unsafe or heard of a situation where someone felt unsafe. DPS is present on campus but they aren't here to get students in trouble. You can leave your stuff laying around with no worries and peoples doors are always left unlocked. As far as health services go, it is free but they aren't open on weekends.

Diversity...

Dickinson's diversity is rising. They are aware of how homogeneously white the student body is and they're working to change it. The diverse groups do tend to hang out together, not making the campus overall feel as diverse. One great thing about the diversity at Dickinson is that a lot of the diversity is also international, bringing many different perspectives to campus.
