It is very easyto find apartments for rent close by campus. The school even offers and apartment for rent to make the search easier for the students. It may be a bit pricier than the others. But it is more convinient and offers many perks including being closer to campus.

Drake West Village

This apartment styled housing is right next to campus. It is convenient for upper classmen who want to live off campus, but still have no need to use a car to get to class. However, it is also expensive.

Drake Off Campus Housing

The apartments near drake are pretty decent and are a lot cheaper than on campus housing.Most of the land lords are good and helpful.I share a room with 3 of my friends at the drake west village .I like it it has its own Gym,game room and its really neat.
