- The Great Pirate Purple-Gold Pigskin Pigout (commonly just called "The Pigskin Pigout") celebrates the spring football scrimmage and features a pig-cooking contest, a carnival, and fireworks
- Homecoming includes miscellaneous departmental and student group reunions, a scholarship golf tournament, complimentary breakfast at the Alumni Center, a parade on Fifth Street, a football tailgate party, and a football game at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium.
