The university is very strict about their academic probation policy. You have one semester to redeem yourself, but after that, you're out. The campus police are tolerant of drinking to an extent, unless you're causing a disturbance. The officers never try to bust someone for no reason. It's also easy to drink in the dorms, as long as you're careful not to draw attention to what you're doing. Occasionally, the school is having to kick someone out for drug possession, but you're usually only put on probation for underage drinking.
