ECU has several "no tolerance" policies. You can be kicked out of the dorms for underage drinking, drugs and stealing someone else's personal property. RAs are not afraid of breaking up parties or turning students in for smoking marijuana in their rooms. Fines are steep for illegal and unauthorized parking. Campus police are everywhere and are very visible so beware.
