There is off-campus housing, but the majority of students remain on campus for all four years. It is a four-year residential college, so trying to move off campus can be difficult. Not only do students have to apply to move off campus, which affects need-based financial aid, but the area has few options for nearby apartments. The area isn’t prepared to handle a mass of students living off campus.
One popular option for off-campus housing is Peach Alley Court. The apartment complex is off of Main Street and isn’t a very far walk and an even shorter drive to the college. Living off campus is generally affordable, especially with roommates.
