  • C Store: Convenience store at 80 Boylston St.
  • The Castle: Emerson's Netherlands campus, Kasteel Well.
  • The Common: Boston Common.
  • DH: Dining hall.
  • EC Cash: Money deposited into your account that can be used at the book store, print labs, and campus convenience stores by swiping your student ID card.
  • The Garden: The Public Garden, across Charles Street from the Boston Common.

The Evvys: The Evvys is an annual awards ceremony, held in the spring to honor students who submit creative works.
Urban Legends
  • The College's main intersection, Tremont and Boylston Streets, is said to be the windiest intersection in the country.
  • The Little Building is supposedly haunted, as are possibly some of the dorms in Piano Row.
Favorite Things To Do
Eat, study, or take a nap in the library, stand outside the Walker Building and smoke, or hang out in the Common or the Public Gardens. Emerson students are just as involved outside the classroom as they are inside. Attend a club meeting, go to a student-sponsored event like open mic nights, plays, comedy shows, political gatherings, a capella showcases, and charity benefits.
