Breathing in Boston Massachusetts
Boston is thriving with activities, museums, and shops. On any day you may find yourself walking down Newbury Street popping into boutiques of all kinds, or grabbing a bite to eat. Maybe shopping isn't your thing though, so instead you could visit one of the many museums in Boston such as the MFA, Isabella Gardener Museum, or maybe the Science Museum. If those don't interest you either, you could go see a movie down the street, visit the Boston Common, or go bowling. There are so many local venues hosting a variety of musicians as well. Local Attractions include the famous Fenway Park, TD Garden, and The House of Blues. Schools such as Emmanuel often have special deals where you can buy discounted tickets to certain Red Sox, Celtics, or Bruins games. Boston is a city with an extremely large college student presence. Every part of Boston you may find yourself in has a positive college attitude since so many residents are students. Boston is a fairly safe city as long as you are responsible with your actions. It is encouraged to never travel alone at night and use your common sense. Going to school in Boston is a wonderful experience and this city has a great college vibe. The entire city is your campus to explore, experience, and enjoy.
