If you know the right people, and can find the right parties, then the nightlife is great. No parties on campus so you have to go to other schools, like BU or MIT frats. And you have to be able to get your own alcohol because most of the parties either don't serve or only have jungle juice. Sometime Emmanuel sports team will have parties at their off campus houses but they suck, waste of time. But I also like how at this school if you dont want to party, it is perfectly fine. Theres a great mix of people who party and people who dont.

Non Existant. If you want to party anywhere but two houses that are packed with people, make you pay to get in and are over by 11:30, you need to have friends at schools like Northeastern, BU or BC. It's a dry campus and neighbors complain about noise all the time so it's not even much fun to have people in your own room or a friends. It's horrible and definitely segregates the student body. Less people would transfer and people would make more friends if it wasn't a dry campus, it takes away the community aspect of the college.

The transportation around a school in Boston is obviously not ideal. There are no shuttles that frequent the area and the subway system closes around midnight. Because most students stay out after this time, they are left to walk or attempt to afford a cab which is unlikely.

Sometimes a Challenge – Emmanuel does not have parties. People drink in their dorms but it's very low-key. If you want to party, you have to leave campus. There are clubs that do 18+ nights since almost all are 21+ in Boston but there are ways around it if you are lucky enough to figure it out. A lot of it is all who you know. Knowing friends at other schools that have parties is a big part. There are parties that people hear about and, a lot of times, lots of Emmanuel freshman go to these because they are advertised. Once you become an upperclassman, friends will have apartments/you'll know more people and it'll be much easier to find parties but Freshman year, it's somewhat of a hassle.
