- Active Minds was formed to increase awareness among Emory students about issues of mental health, symptoms of mental illness, and available resources in and around the Emory community.
- Ad Hoc Productions is Emory's sole theater group dedicated exclusively to the production of musicals.
- Alternative Spring Break organizes break programs for students that involve community service, group building, and interactive learning on social issues.
- Brotherhood Of Afrocentric Men (BAM) functions to provide a sense of commonality and brotherhood among black men at Emory and throughout Atlanta through community service, cosponsored activities, and cultural performances.
- Cars With Hood Ornaments, a new organization, was formed to provide Emory students with an opportunity to further develop their musical talents outside of the Emory curriculum, and gain an appreciation for all forms of musical expression and performance.

- Emory Christian Fellowship (ECF) provides a place of fellowship and growth for Christians on campus and creates an open forum for discussing questions relating to Christianity.
- Emory Pride has three goals: to provide support to the LGBT communities at Emory and in the Atlanta area; to enhance the social atmosphere for lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgendered persons on campus.
- Emory Swing Club promotes swing dancing in the Emory community and provides a smoke and alcohol-free alternative to the dance nightclubs of Atlanta.
- Emory Trade (EM-Trade) is the Emory College Investment Club. They teach students how to invest in the market, analyze stocks, and make money.
- Habitat For Humanity seeks to eliminate poverty housing from the world and make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action.
- Hindu Students Council (HSC) seeks to explore and understand Hindu culture, philosophy, and perspectives as they relate to college life in the United States while also preserving the Hindu heritage.
- Muslim Student Association (MSA) is a religious, cultural, and social organization that attempts to build a sense of community among Muslim students through discussions, meetings, and exciting activities.
- No Strings Attached (NSA) is Emory's premier, all-male, undergraduate a cappella group. Founded in 1994, NSA since has developed a strong following in and outside of Emory.
- Peer Counseling is composed of Helpline and Peer counselors. Both organizations are made up of students who apply first semester to take a class their second semester on peer counseling in the EDS department.
- Rathskellar, Emory's thirteen-member, comedy-improvisation theater troupe, has helped the community relieve stress through humor for the past 28 years.
- SHOAH (Students Helping Organize Awareness Of The Holocaust) strives to educate the Emory community on the dangers of discrimination and bigotry.
- Sitara, Emory's South Asian dance team, performs within a variety of dance genres, including modern, jazz, hip-hop, ballet, Indian classical, folk, and film dance.
- The African Students Association is a cultural, social, and academic organization that seeks to foster a setting where cultural perspectives can be addressed and brought before the student body to promote global awareness.
- The Asian Christian Fellowship promotes Christian friendships and evangelism at Emory.
- The Baha'i Unity Club seeks to promote on campus the central tenets of the Baha'i Faith – the essential oneness of all religions, the equality of women and men, and the unity of humankind through lectures, dialogue, service projects, and social events.
- The Emory Pre-law Society is designed to serve members of the Emory community who plan to attend law school or pursue law-related careers.
- The International Association (IA), international students, global nomads, and American students with strong international interests meet and organize trips, parties, and fun, enriching, evening events.
- The NAACP, Emory chapter, serves the Emory community with the same focus as the national organization, to create a feeling of equality for people of color.
- The Photo Club is a University-wide organization created to promote and share photography at Emory.
- Volunteer Emory (VE) offers opportunities to serve the wider Atlanta community and to acquire useful experience through volunteer services.
- Wesley Fellowship is a Christian ministry of and for the educational community.
