Tuition & Financial Aid:
I believe this eduacation will be well worth the money I am paying for this course. First of all I will get to learn and prepare, world class cuisine. Not to mention the instructors time and education in the field. I believe that this will be a good value for my learning expertise down the road. It will pay off.

The classes are great and informative. but the resources are lacking in supplies and technology.

The staff are there to help but they have no wireless for students and depending on the chef assignments and notes are emailed and need to be printed at home or accessed online during class which is impossible since they have no wifi.

This is a very intense consolidated program. The Chef instructors are very involved in day-to-day production and helping students with each and every question.

I think that this school could use a little more technology. They are working on it but not quite there. It would be nice to have recipes on screens in kitchen that you can scroll through instead of using papers. Most of the admin staff seems to work hard to help and the Chef instructors are GREAT. I have not met an instructor yet that was not willing to really sit and talk with you about why and how you are doing things in the kitchen. Great hand-on with every student.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Even though the federal aid does not cover more than half due to the short program length, the school works hard to get you as much aid as possible and looks for grants to reduce your zero interest monthly payments!

So far they are exceptional at helping me get financial aid and worked very hard to find me a roommate during school. Classes start tonight so we will see on curriculum. I have not had the best luck with there approved staffing company and finding work. That is the only drawback.

This school has an awesome staff working for them. They are extremely helpful not only with future, current, and postgrad students
