Tuition & Financial Aid:
The education I'm receiving is worth it its very hands on and everyday i feel more ready for the real world! We do a lot of stuff like were actually in the work field! I do feel like this school is getting me ready for my career i think i will feel comfortable enough to do good at the job of my choosing!

I really liked when i walked in to the Skokie campus everybody was so friendly and ready to assist me. My student adviser was a big help and answered all my questions and never rushed me! We took a tour and she explained everything in detail. Instructors get personal with you and make time for you. You can really see the general concern. They offer a lot of assistance and different programs for you!! They even have a car pool! How great is that.

Everyone gets a long really well. There are always problems with teachers but other than that everything is fine. You have to teach yourself a lot and the teacher always seems to leave early.

Everest makes its self seem like such an amazing school, willing to help everyone. Sure, you learn everything you need to know and everything is done in a timely manner but conflicts about supplies and they way some things are taught cause problems between teachers. Towards the end of your training no one really seems to care about you or your education so they expect you to teach yourself.

I feel that the curriculum of all classes taught should be the same, one teacher gives homework another doesn't, one teacher passes all the kids to get them out of their another one actually puts effort. I just think that it is a shame that you can't hire proffesional willing to give their time into teaching students the correct way!

Skokie Everest Review – Well, When I first applied for this school, My advisor was very friendly I guess only to the point to get me in and then once I was in she completly forgot about me, never asked me how I was doing, or did any follow up. I have friends in my class that their advisors always come to see how they are doing! I also feel like everyones curriculum in not the same therefore everyone is not going to get the education they need! As a school that is meant to be hands on we never have any lab equipment on hand for everyday use! In fact we were cut down on that and have a certain number obtained for each classroom for a month! With 25 students that does not go very far! The only thing I can truly say that I like about this school is that the hours in the evenings helped me accomplish my goal of becoming a medical assistant. Also my Teacher is a great person and has helped me out a lot. I wouldn't choose this school again because I feel they are only concerned with Money and they are not concered about the students and who they actually have going out into the medical field. There are students who are very immature, ghetto, and unprofessional beyond belief but they are allowed to pass and continue to go out into the field, clueless of what the real life is like. I would never let any of these people work on me if I saw them come into my doctors office the way they come into school!
Sorry, there are no reviews.
