I definitely haven't had any issues with any professors. I'm in the Honors Program here, so I got priority registration, which was nice because I got to choose my professors and my times, when a lot of my friends had to just get the left over classes.

I'm a freshman, so I haven't had any major courses yet. However, I have heard that Business Administration majors do really well with internships and most have jobs waiting for them when they graduate.

Honestly, I see what I want and I go for it. That's what college is. You can sit and complain about how there's nothing to do, or you can go out and have fun and make your college experience what YOU want it to be.

There is no campus provided transportation, but there are 4 bus stops located just off campus that can take you where you need to go. I'd never used public transportation before coming to this campus, and the buses here are nice, coach style buses. just make sure you plan for taking the bus because sometimes it can take a little bit of time.
College Freshman 2013-11-22T21:22:15Z
I'm really satisfied with my classes. People say some of the professors are too hard, but if you aren't taught by the best in your field, then you won't be the best.

Honestly, what's as good as home cooked food? It's college dining hall food so you can't expect much, but the GourmetDining Staff knows how to throw down when they want to.
College Freshman 2013-11-22T21:19:28Z
I came from a Catholic mostly white high school, so coming here was very interesting because of all the different types of people.
College Freshman 2013-11-22T21:18:26Z
I come from an area where very few places deliver, so for a lot of the businesses to deliver right to the dorm door is great. There are also a ton of places to go in Teaneck if you want to eat out. (The Cedar Land Grill is great!!!)
College Freshman 2013-11-22T21:16:49Z
It's alright. There's the town of Teaneck and Hackensack, and if you look for things to do, you'll be able to find them. There's always public transportation to take you into NYC and over to the Garden State Mall. You just have to look for things to do, because as is life, no one will hand you what you want.

Our school has an awesome athletic program. Our school is also small so the social life is great everyone knows one another. Programs are also good and have many choices. Only bad thing is the financial aid office. They aren't as useful and always seem to have bad attitudes.
College Senior 2013-10-09T00:31:08Z
The facilities are average. The library is great and always useful. Campus events are very reasonable in price and always have different events.
College Senior 2013-10-09T00:28:41Z
Parking isn't so great. The only good thing is that it is very close to the dorms and classrooms. The bad thing is that it is always crowded and spaces get taken very quickly.
College Senior 2013-10-09T00:21:41Z
It can be very strict in some aspects as in parking and social lives. Our public safety is very helpful. In social terms they are strict if you do not obey rules. If you are too loud in the dorms you will be warned.
College Senior 2013-10-09T00:18:46Z
Living on campus is a great experience. Very close to my classes and its typically always clean. Our dorm rooms are very spacious. The only bad thing is that its very expensive. The social atmosphere is great.

Im very happy with my major and all the doors its open for me in the media world. My professors are a really big help as well.
College Junior 2013-10-08T17:12:36Z
Since i'm a communications major my internships will ave to deal with the media aspect of the major. I would probably not get paid and do little things like running taps or doing coffee runs.
College Junior 2013-10-08T17:10:24Z
The Communications program is good and has met my satisfactions. They do a good job at hands on things and internships.
College Junior 2013-10-08T17:03:16Z
Getting into any major is pretty easy. You just need the pre requisites and your in.
College Freshman 2013-10-04T17:40:17Z
The use of drugs and alcohol is prohibited
College Freshman 2013-10-04T17:39:41Z
I am a commuter and do not dine off-campus
College Freshman 2013-10-04T17:38:10Z
I have not seen the use of drugs anywhere on campus
College Sophomore 2013-09-12T04:46:45Z
This school is highly diversified. To be honest, it's somewhat a high school with the school body. Typical students.
College Sophomore 2013-09-12T04:30:14Z
There is a local train about half a mile from the school and bus stops all around the campus. Most of the kids has cars and malls are 1 bus ride away for $1.50. Also there is a taxi service right next to the school.
College Junior 2013-08-26T18:20:00Z
FDU has a global program which lets students study abroad. It's a great opportunity to find jobs outside the U.S. Since my major is exercise physiolgy, I get tha chance to travel to Europe and find interships. It's a great way to build knowlege and gain experience.
College Junior 2013-08-26T18:15:24Z
Transportation is difficult, the bus stops are far from the university entrance.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
