There are many different buildings where students can live on campus, The University Courts, The Linden Buildings, Northpointe Building, and the Global Scholars houses. All freshmen are required to stay in the Lindens. Each suite contains three rooms, and two people are assigned to a room - so there is usually a total of 6 people in a suite. The rooms are average size - not too big, not too small. Outside of the rooms is the common area that each suite has. The suites generally nice looking depending on how well kept everyone keeps them. The bathroom in each suite contain two stalls and a SMALL shower. But other than that, the room size and suite size altogether is pretty big and nice.
It depends what dorm you're looking at. None are terrible, but there's a definite quality difference in the freshman dorms the Lindens and the upperclassman Northpointe. All are livable and pretty spacious, though.
There are three different forming facilities at FDU metropolitan campus which are priced differently. Residence life can inform you what works best for you based on your finances . Dorm appearances vary but overall good living environment
