I come from an area where very few places deliver, so for a lot of the businesses to deliver right to the dorm door is great. There are also a ton of places to go in Teaneck if you want to eat out. (The Cedar Land Grill is great!!!)

I am a commuter and do not dine off-campus

There are at least 2 places to eat on each block on Main Street in Hackensack, Teaneck does pretty well on Cedar Lane though is a little less dense. On Cedar Lane, several places take Fairleigh1 and/or Flex including places that cater to special diets.

FDU is surrounded by many restaurants and delis and fast food places. It is very easy to find food that isn't supplied by the school. Most of the places are very affordable as well.

There are many places where students can eat off-campus. Besides the typical fast food restaurants, there are a number of burger joints, pizzerias, mexican restaurants, chinese places, etc. around campus that are reasonably priced. The campus is also about 15-30 mins away from NYC, depending on traffic, which opens a larger array of eateries for students. There aren't really any places that offer student discounts, that I know about at least, but students are able to use their Fairleigh One card to pay for their food as a substitute to cash. The Places are fairly convenient as they can either be ordered in or found on a short drive down Route 4 highway. I would suggest Qdoba, an awesome alternative to a taco bell or chipotle, Smash burger, fairly expensive but really awesome burgers, BuCu, another place with great burgers and also a bakery with awesome cookies, cupcakes, etc., and Victor's pizzeria on ceder lane which sells a bunch of different toppings for one's pizza for a fairly reasonable price.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
