If you fill out the dozen forms they give you, you have a chance. But beware the deadlines.

The process is easy as long as you have all the required documentation.

Of course, we cannot always receive the perfect financial aid, but the amount I received was fairly generous. When it comes time to file the FAFSA and the tax returns, they have staff advertising and reminding the students to file it early. I didn't run into any major problems, but after filing my FAFSA sometimes they ask, again, about my independency/dependency.

I was supposed to receive financial aid through working on campus but the jobs that were available were taken by students from the previous year. Jobs on campus even if they are a part of financial aid are not guaranteed and the financial aid office cannot help at all.

I received a decent amount of financial aid. Online financial was not very clear and it is better to have in-person appointment.
