Clubs and Organizations on Campus

Clubs and organizations are a big part of campus life. It’s very easy to join—just show up to the interest meeting of any clubs you think you’ll like. The Greek organizations are especially popular and are known for their community service work on and off campus, but FAMU also offers service clubs, modeling and dance troupes, major clubs, and community service clubs. You’ll find a club here for practically any hobby or interest you have, but if there is not a club that fits your interests, you are welcome to create one—all you need is a proposal and an adviser to support it.

Did You Know?
  • Most students on the campus are involved in at least two organizations. If you want to be known on campus, you have to get involved.
  • FAMU offers clubs to represent your hometown/state, so if you're from California, New York, DC, Chicago, or anywhere else, you will never feel out of place in Florida.
