More Advertisement Around Campus

I wish there was more advertisement for scholarships around campus. Students on campus are very busy attending class and studying. This doesn't leave time for Students to go hunting for Scholarships. But,the financial aid building on campus does however help students get the financial aid they receive from the state like Bright futures and Florida Pre-Pay

Scholarship Nightmares

The majority of the non-major specific financial aid is need based so having alternative scholarship resources are helpful. Also, keep on top of the guidelines for your aid (ones through school and other sources) it can change by semesters. For example, the Bright Futures scholarship rules for renewal have changed at least three times in four years. Definitely start searching for aid as soon as possible and know your financial advisor.
