Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

The student body population at FGCU is consistently growing. The campus has a wide variety of students in terms of style and personality. If what you are looking for is the dating scene, then there are many single people and lots of events for socializing and interaction. However, there are many students who are in relationships with other students on campus. Another downside is that FGCU has a lot of girls and not very many guys.

There are many socials on campus to meet other people, especially other single people. Greek life is how many of the freshmen or transfer students meet new people. Even though there are more females than males, there is still a dating scene on campus. People are also able to express their individual style freely.

Obnoxious

Being on campus is great, but within the housing areas it is not. Some students have no regard for respecting others, so the dorms can be very loud.

Social Life

Social life on campus is definitely an odd thing to witness. Since we are not like a normal University, we do not have houses for greek life and the students that are apart of that are ones that are heavily involved with giving back, not the whole superiority of the greek life on campus like most schools.

Gorgeous People

Girls in our school are beautiful, they are mostly Floridians so you'll see many tanned bodies and long flowing hair. Guys at the school are your typical American man. They are tall, skinny and dress like they are going to the beach everyday. Everyone is always casual and dress to be comfortable and blend in. There are alot of group activities and programs which really help to mingle with different people and the atmosphere is always positive.
