Healthy Choices Are Limited
Nothing open on weekends. For a "green" university, and their pride in sustainability and environmental friendliness, there is almost nothing healthy available on campus. Jamba Juice is the best place if you want healthier food, but how many smoothies can you drink? Would love to see more organic and vegetarian type fare.
Choices are limited - Taco Bell, Subway, Einstein Bros., Starbucks, the dining halls (2), Jamba Juice, and another coffee place. It's a smaller campus though, so I guess you can't expect too much. Totally ridiculous hours during summer semester though...Starbucks isn't even open! I think only one dining hall is open on the weekends, tons of people are on campus to study/use the library, whatever, and there is nowhere to' eat except one dining hall over by south housing. Overall, its fine if you're just needing to grab lunch or something between classes. But definitely not the healthiest options. I actually leave campus pretty frequently and head a mile or so down the road to Publix to get fresh fruit and veggies.
Dining dollars plan gives you 10% free which is nice. Starbucks coffee adds up! :)
