Easy to Find Apartments Near Campuses

The two major FIU campuses have apartment complexes nearby, so finding a unit is not overly difficult. Might have to do a little searching depending on your price range, however.

Off-Campus Living

I live on campus but have friends who live off of campus. FIU is known as a commuter school, meaning that most of the students who attend this school live off campus and commute back and forth to the campus. My friends who live off campus however find it much harder to pay for things. They have to worry about rent, food, gas and etc.
