Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

The professors are challenging, helpful, and extremely accessible. The workload is pretty heavy in most courses, particularly upper level courses, but professors make themselves available to offer assistance and guidance to students. In addition, the small class sizes enable students to have a great deal of one-on-one time with professors, and extra credit is also available in most courses. Professors generally relax the workload in required Individual and Community courses because they realize that all students must take these courses in order to graduate, regardless of major or concentration.

The school has excellent criminal justice, mass communications, business, and education programs, and its graduate, travel abroad, and online programs have grown in the last few years, as well. Surveyed students have been pleased with the majority of the professors they've had thus far, although everyone has encountered a handful of professors who they would not take another course with.
