Frederick Community College strives to make things as easy as possible for students. Signing up for classes is fairly simple. FCC uses a program called PeopleSoft that allows students to look up their grades, payment accounts, and schedules, order an official or unofficial transcript for other colleges, and choose the classes for the upcoming semester. Students can use the online (or print) catalog to find out what classes are needed for the degree or certification they are pursuing. Those who are uncomfortable using the online system can always go to the Administration Building and get help from their academic advisor. Classes do tend to fill up quickly, like most colleges, but many of them are available at different times of the day, online, or as hybrid classes (both on campus and online).
