I have to agree with you on that. They are very "laid back" when it comes to financial aid. Similar situation happened to me, I had to apply for another loan and they never got my info and I told me advisor you should have been on this, and she pretty much told me it wasn't her job to call the loan staff and ask why they haven't received my paperwork. In that department they can always use the improvement.
