Because Gardner-Webb is a Christian school, there are more rules than a normal college campus. It is a dry campus so no alcohol or drugs are allowed. Dorms have curfews for the opposite sex to visit and there are quiet hours. I personally don't mind the rules because they benefit me as well. Compared to other Christian schools, Gardner-Webb is pretty lenient when it comes to rules. There is no dress code or demerits. When the rules are enforced, the authority is very reasonable about doing so.

The police is very strict with the honor code, underage drinking, and drug use. the first time offenders usually gets a warning such as a fine and a letter sent to there homes. They also have to do assessment before going back to campus the following semester. After your first time, they would tell you that you are can hurting your chances of continuing your education at the University. the only reason why the are so strict because the are looking out for our best interest. College is to learn and connect with others, not just for parties. Everyone is very friendly on campus and wants everyone one to succeed. If do plan to drink, do it off campus and do not tell everyone your business.

The University police is very strict about drinking, tobacco use, and drug use. Since Gardner-Webb University is in a dry county, no alcohol is allowed on campus. The university is also a tobacco free area so it is strict about any tobacco being on campus. Most parties on campus are busted, but it doesn't keep them from happening.

The campus has a strict no tobacco, drug, and alcohol rule. We are in a dry county so no alcohol can be readily purchased anyway. The campus police are friendly and very visible which makes students feel very safe. There is no curfew and people of the community and students can come and go as they please.

Boiling Springs is a dry town, so even if you are 21 or over alcohol or any kind of related items (ex: decorative wine bottles) are prohibited on campus. There is a zero tolerance policy for drugs as well. And residence halls are not co-ed. Suites and apartments can have males and females living in the same building but not in the same suite/apartment. There are visitation hours as well.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
