If you want to use drugs at Geneva, they’re available, mostly off campus, but you’d be in the minority. Most Geneva students abstain from illegal drugs because of religious convictions. There’s a small but steady smoking population, including a collection of pipe smokers who frequent the BFCAT (Beaver Falls Coffee and Tea) porch, and a few underground pot smokers, but the only widely abused drug is caffeine.

Alcohol is more popular, both for those who want to party hard and for those who want a quiet drink with friends, but Geneva’s strict no-tolerance alcohol policy (don’t even come on campus with alcohol in your system) drives all drinking off campus, except for the few daredevils who like the thrill of rule-breaking.

Not Tolerant

Geneva, being a Christian college, does not allow ANY use or possession of drugs and alcohol. I have never seen any one trying to drink or do drugs. I'm sure partying happens, but definitely NOT on campus.There is absolutely no peer pressure to drink or do drugs.

it's nice that it is very drug free, but it's extremely annoying. no drinking or drugs, and no fun in general

A Safe Place

Drug and alcohol usage is not very common, and I have never felt pressured to be involved in such activities. Geneva is a dry campus, and this policy is well enforced.
