Facts

Clubs and Organizations on Campus

Geneva boasts 30 student-led clubs in addition to numerous honor societies, service groups, choirs, student publications, and other organizations. Aside from the student newspaper (The Cabinet), The Chimes literary magazine is another option for writers. The English Club frequently attends professional theater productions. Many students participate in Upper Room, a weekly student-led worship service, and God Led, a community service club. The Men's Rugby club has seen athletic success, and Geneva's own sport, Little Bat, is also popular.

Did You Know?
  • All campus organizations advertise at Connections & Cokes, held early every fall semester. Every time you visit a club's table, you get a ticket. Three tickets get you a free Coke (or other beverage).
  • Anyone can start a new club. Get a packet of information and forms from Student Activities and find 10 initial members. The club will go through a probationary period, and if it stays active, it gains full club status.

College Prowler guides are in the hands of students throughout the entire process. Because you can't make student-written guides without the students, we have students at each campus who write, edit, and survey their peers for every guide that we publish.
