Students bring their own laptops. The library has computers, but you really need your own. George Fox use to offer a free laptop to every new student, but that policy was discontinued.
The engineering, science, and cinema media communications students have computer labs. I've spent a lot of time in the media lab, and it's very nice. The other labs seem very up to date. I don't know if any other departments have labs.
There are printers in the library; we also have a printing services office, which is cheaper and has more options. I have my own printer, but you can easily get by without one.
The network can be a real pain. It is easier to connect in some spots than others. But it gets the job done.

I have not had too many problems. Computer labs and library have fast-working computers and access to printers, so I always know I can get things accomplished there. In terms of WiFi for personal laptops, it can be pretty slow sometimes, but you just have to find the best spots I guess.

There are a lot of computers available at our fingertips in the Murdock Learning Resource Center. Our wifi is not the fastest, but if you bring an ethernet cable, it's just as fast as at-home internet. There are always printers available, ten cents for black and white printing and 25 cents for color printing. Almost everyone I know has a laptop. It really does come in handy.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
