There are lots of comfortable places on campus designed specifically for students. Finding a place to eat, sleep, read, or do homework is almost never a problem. The equipment and furniture in both the Student Center and Recreation Center are up-to-date and clean, and the libraries are massive, with lots of computers (both Macs and PCs) and plenty of desks. There are thousands of books that cover almost every topic imaginable, too, so finding the research you need shouldn't be an issue.

The school is constantly expanding and buying property to build on, so construction is a regular occurrence here (though it's usually on the outskirts of campus or wherever new property is—not so much on the central portions of campus). They have added a lot of new housing over the past three years and bought a few buildings to expand the faculty's and staff's office spaces, as well, so some of the updates simply include moving to newer, bigger buildings already in the city. The only area the school is really lacking in facility-wise is handicap accessibility. They've made attempts at making parts of campus more wheelchair friendly, but navigating the streets and buildings still isn't an easy task.

"Blue at the Zoo" "Blue at the Zoo" In this photo, a student pauses for a photo at Zoo Atlanta, which was rented out for students. Tickets for this event were about $5, and students could see the animals in the late afternoon, and in the evening, there was a concert. Students watched a show and had drinks from the outdoor bar. It had a great turnout. The Campus Activities Board does a great job.
