They have a it where if you need a ride they can post your name and if someone lives near you, you could always give them a ride. We have a tv with the Wii system to try to keep people active. We also have a awesome librarian that well help you with anything and everything that she can, and she has two geckos also.

The teachers in this college try to have time for every student, that's why its nice being a smaller college because then you get more time to spend with the teach when your not understanding something.

At this school you work hands on for most of your class which helps you learn more and better because your doing it as your learning about it. That's how am able to get as good as grads as I do.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
This is a private college so tuition is a bit much but at least I can learn what I want to learn.

The teaches in this school are really word works they have had time in the filed so they know what they are teaching and I think that helps a lot.

I haven't taken any online courses in this school, because I don't do good with online class.
College Junior 2013-02-21T16:07:54Z
They don't have the class flexibility like they say they do.

I believe the facility, students and other employees are very dedicated to make our school and life experiences at our campus to be great. They want us to succeed and be a well rounded and part of our community.

There is such a diverse group of people here from older to just right out of high school. I'm here to further my education and have to admit I wish they were more picky about who they allow to go to school here, not being judgemental just we need more students that want to be here than the ones that are her because its paid for and not by themselves. I believe they would get more out of it if they didn't have a free ride.

I gave it this grade because they are very flexible and accomadating to us with our busy lives such as families and work.

I absolutely enjoyed registration and orientation. The staff and faculty is very fun and friendly. Everyone is so willing to help out anyone at any given time on campus. Globe has a great selections
of programs to enter with small class sizes to ensure that every student is getting there needs met.

I prefer in classroom courses, but I have taken a few online courses. The interaction between students is slim to none. The only time you really interact with the instructor is if you propose a question or he/she comments on your work. There was no hassle signing up for online courses and the workload isn't much different than in classroom work load.

I haven't exactly had to use the resources on campus as of yet, but I do know we have an amazing librarian that will go to ends of the earth to help a student in need. There is an acedemic help center where an instructor is always available to help. As for campus activities, there seems to always be something going on. It makes it a little more exciting and most of the time it is for a good cause.

The computer labs on campus are generally available during most of the day. I do most of my computer work on my personal laptop and print and home. But I have heard from fellow students that computers are available and printing is unlimited. The times i have used the lab, I have noticed the Campus website runs a lot slower than if I were to log on with my laptop. There is wireless access anywhere on campus which is also a great resource to have!

They are harder than I expected as this is the first semester I am taking them, but the instructors are very helpful.

The library doesn't really supply much resources. There is a small section of books in my major and everything else you have to find on the computer. The skills center however is always availiable for help.

There are alot of computers available. The internet is fast and reliable and black and white printing is free.

I love that there are animals on campus. I am a hands on learner and being able to practice skills right on animals is amazing.

My school has good teachers. There is an acedemic skills center where teachers are always there for help. You can also meet with instructers regularly.

From what I have seen from visiting the school to register or take care of financial aid and going in for orientation, there seems to be a wide range of students at Globe. I have seen students straight from high school continuing their education and I have also seen many adult students who have decided to go back to school. I have also noticed that there is other diversities such as race, gender and economic standing. I can not know for sure since I have not had any classes yet but there appears to be wonderful acceptance of all diversities.

This upcoming quarter will be my first quarter at Globe University so I can not give an accurate opinion. However, I have heard only good things from other current or past students.

I have not had the opportunity to utilize the resources of the library or ASC but from what I have seen they look to be well staffed and full of anything I could need.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I had a few issues with my financial aid, mostly because of transferring, but the financial aid administration has been very helpful. I am pleased with the office staff there and how helpful they are.

I have not used the computers at the university yet, so I can not give an accurate answer.

The reason that I chose Globe University to transfer to instead of another college is because of the course requirements. I very much like that there are more core classes than general education classes. It seems much more logical and worth my money & time. I also enjoy that Globe accepts transfer credits from not only Lakeland College but Mid-State Technical College as well.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
