The network is slow and sometimes don't work, my math assignment got pushed a week up by instructor because the network was down.

The Ski Management program is a big thing at this college, I wish I was into the snow I might've switched my major.
The have movie night in the dorms once a week, usually a Friday
Sports is real big for the community so they are very supportive of the students athletes.

I love the small classes, you get the 1:1 compared to a University where there is 300 students and you never get to interact with the teacher in the class.
Teachers are available during stated office hours
Registration was well organized, mine went quick because me and my mother had already went over what I would take my first 2 semesters and had a back up plan if plan A didn't work
Im taking 15 credits and my work load is divided equally to the credit of the course

I'm a Computer Science major, two of my courses were not offered because of low enrollment and I was looking forward to taking the class my first semester, but I was assured after my parent spoke with the Dean of Instruction that I would be able to take the class to meet my graduation requirement for my major.

Having small classes gives you that 1:1 with the teacher
Weight room, gym and indoor track is in good shape
Dorms feel home like
Staff is very helpful in helping you get answers to questions ranging from transfer credits to financial aide
Student van that transports dorm students twice a week to go shopping if you don't have a vehicle
The environment is friendly

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I feel like tuition in this college is very cheap and they get me the most out of my financial aide.

This college is a great college to attend. I feel it is put together and thought thru.

I don't really like online classes, but the ones I have taken have been very well organized and thought out.

I have only taken generals so far. None of my classes were part of my program yet.

I honestly don't know how much they help you after graduating. I dont think they do.

The student body is relatively small, which helps out a lot if your struggling. The professors are always willing to help! The curriculum is reasonable too.

Because I attend the off-campus center there are not many activities or programs available, however there are always tutors available if needed.

I have never had a problem with the internet, it is always fast and easy to get logged onto. I haven't used the printers so I don't know how well they work.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The tuition is very reasonable and is affordable to a college student. Most of my financial aid covers the cost of my tuition. Books are a little more expensive at the bookstore then elsewhere online though.

The staff is very helpful and are willing to stop what they are doing in order to get you the information you need. The new facility is very nice and up to date but the rooms could be better soundproofed.

The school has quite a few resources available at the college. They have a Trio program that helped me immensely, they also had tutors on campus the majority of the time. Also a lot of the staff was willing to help anyone in their capabilities.

I liked classroom courses simply because I like discussion in class.
College Senior 2013-01-12T03:19:50Z
I feel people need to work a little harder at their studies. I feel some students tend to slack off, but for the most part the students are hard working and goal orientated.

The academic experience is great because professors show interest in their students and are willing to go the extra mile for their students.

I am a pre-engineering major and get a lot of one on one help from my professors due to smaller class sizes. The classes can be challenging but you walk away with a lot of knowledge.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
There is a lot of paperwork that you need just for the school, as well as the federal goverment. I had the fasfa work done, but I need every single transcript from every single school that I ever went to from elementry up to college before I was accepted. It was ridiculous.

It has everything you need for a small college, with plenty of places to get work done and an easy layout. The indoor walking track is great but the free weight gym needs to cater to more than just muscle builders. The snack bar is lacking some options, but it works for the low number of students.

Several Locations – Gogebic has several convenient off-campus locations to attend class. I live 2 hours away from campus, but my classes are just a short 5 minute drive.

Computer Lab – The School recently just got a computer lab on the part of campus where I am located and it is definitely an excellent lab and it is very well put together.
