There is a lot of grace shown when you break the rules (covenant) that you've agreed to submit to while at Grace College. However, the rules are pretty strict and when you agree to come to Grace you are also agreeing to live by the lifestyle in the contract.

All students sign a covenant when they begin agreeing to not participate in specific activities. The campus safety are fairly strict on parking and other things, but they make those expectations known at the beginning of the year.

Overall, the strictness is pretty good. However, the police can can be strict every now. But RA's are great, they understand we are college students and want to have our freedom, but also help us to follow the rules.

This is a Christian campus, so drinking, drugs, and sex are all against the rules. You can get kicked out of school if you do any of these things. Campus police are kind and helpful, as are RAs, but they won't let you get away with breaking the rules. Chapel is also mandatory, and you get big fines if you skip too much. I appreciate these rules, but I understand that not everyone would.

Most rules make sense in a Christian environment. However, there are some rules that seem to be sources of money and nothing more. For example, there are room checks every now and then, and you can get fined if it's dirty. However, if you have a chill RA, like mine, this becomes no hassle at all and makes these rules not only less suffocating, but welcomed.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
