You're on your own if you are off campus. They don't assist in any way

The education program is great, but there are somewhat limited areas of specialization. The great part is the staff is really kind and helpful. They are definitely here for you so you will be successful.

The community at Grace is fantastic. You get to know so many people and 99% of them are extremely friendly. Even the professors join in on the fun and are super sociable and approachable with the students.

This campus is drug and alcohol free. It is actually in the handbook that students are prohibited from using drugs and alcohol so it is a very clean and safe environment.

In Omaha you participate in all four seasons. There are some very hot days, very cold days, and some great spring/fall days. This allows for all sorts of outdoor activity. There is the classic spring/fall outside fun like sports and reading, but the winter provides a different experience. Yes, it can be very cold, but the snow gives you an opportunity to build a snowman, is very beautiful, and every once in awhile get that snow day to watch movies.

The campus is growing and adding new facilities as the ones right now are slightly outdated. As a member of the basketball team I can say the gym is great but the new weightroom is much needed. We have a great community feel and the sports expansion is going to be great for athletics.

Campus parking for students is free. All students can have a car and get issued a sticker for the school year at registration. There is a reasonable amount of parking, but as the school grows more spots will be required. It is not absolutely necessary to have a car, but it is more convenient because there is a lot to go do in Omaha.

We have one dining hall on campus that serves two to three different main dishes per meal. We also have a salad bar, sandwich station, and make it yourself saute station at every meal. The food isn't as good as homcooked but very solid. The dining is improving all the time and I look forward to the positive changes in the future.

Between Omaha and the surrounding areas there are many different activities. Grace is right up the street from the Old Market, there's many different shops, restaurants and night life to choose from.

The financial aid office is great but there aren't many scholarships available to students

For being such a small school Grace has done an excellent job getting students involved in athletics. We only have a few teams but students are supportive at games.

Health & Safety:
I always feel safe at Grace. Our security guys do their rounds all the time, and are always available by phone if you need anything. Our Grace guys can also volunteer to be available to walk girls across campus at night, and many do volunteer for it. Beyond that, Grace is tucked away in a nice little residential area without much trouble, and I always feel comfortable walking across campus alone, both day and night.

The computers that we do have are all well maintained and fairly new. But late night work has gotten harder, because the lab under the girls' dorms was taken out. Other labs close down at curfew, so it's harder to do what you need to if you don't have a working laptop.

I love living on campus. There are so many awesome people that I've gotten to know, and so many opportunities to hang out with those awesome people. I also like how everything is within a five minute walk--and that includes going down and up a few flights of stairs.

It's a great atmosphere, and the smaller community makes it much easier to meet people.

Grace University helps develop young christian men and women to being servant leaders in the home, church and family. They also offer co-op programs for students who wish to get a biblical background here and then go off elsewhere.

This is a great school with a great environment. The teachers and other students are very friendly and welcoming. They don't have a huge variety of academics, but they have great programs for the academics they offer.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
