Transportation here is very limited and not flexible. There is a Greyhound stop across the street from campus that provides transportation to and from any locations in the continental United States. The University also provides limited shuttle transportation to and from the airports at the beginning and end of each semester and major breaks. To be eligible for an airport run, students need a valid student ID card and their itinerary, which must be submitted a couple of weeks before departure.

There is also a shuttle bus that goes to Wal-Mart, Chase Bank, Hair City, and the LA Tech campus. From the Chase Bank stop, students also have access to the outdoor mall, which has clothing stores, FedEx, Office Depot, and other stores. This bus usually runs hourly every day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., but sometimes it doesn’t run if there are not enough drivers available (there are only two). There are certain rules to adhere to while on the bus, such as no eating, littering, or playing loud music. The bus is efficiently run and usually on time. If you do not want to take the bus, you can always use another form of transportation, such as your own car.
