You are in Michigan therefore it is really cold. It snows a lot during the winter and when it rains the campus gets floded.

In the summer and fall it is very nice, but the winter is long and cold with lots of snow! Classes do not get cancelled very often, though.

When it's nice outside, GVSU is beautiful. But during the winter it gets really really cold, and snows a lot.

It's Michigan. It snows a lot in the winter. Just be prepared for it if you are not from an area that gets very much snow.
