Every professor I've had has imbued me with some sort of perspective changing knowledge. Our faculty is incredible and will always give you their time if you are putting in effort.
hows the sociology department?? is there a lot of diversity in the classes you can take?
So far excellent. I'm a Soc major and the professors I've interacted with as of yet have been very dynamic. Diversity of courses offered is top notch as well. Great special topics courses. Taking Sociology of Education this next semester. Human Sexuality is also a favorite amongst Grinnellians. Karla Erickson is fabulous / world renowned. The head of the department Kesho Scott is also very well known in the field.
