When it comes to off-campus housing at GCC, the overall gist is simple—It doesn’t exist. Only students who live at home and commute, "live off campus." Now, whether or not it other students should be allowed is always a debate among the student body.

Some students like the closeness and community that a residence school demands. Others feel that the independence would be healthier, and that commuters would feel more welcome as a part of the school if other people were off campus as well. Whatever the students think, rules are rules.

Virtually Nonexistent

All Grove City College students are guaranteed on-campus housing for 4 years. The only students that live off-campus are either commuters or 5th year students. That said, the apartments in the area are quite nice.
